This appointment is for new patients. The visit will include a review of your past medical history and your currently problem(s), examination, and treatment (if it can be safely performed).

Cancellation Policy

Please call or email us if you need to cancel or reschedule anytime before your appointment. No-shows, and non-cancellations will be subject to the appointment fee of the booking.
